All CHA family developments are slated for redevelopment into mixed-income
communities or extensive rehab over the current decade. Presently, teams of
residents and developers are planning or redeveloping 10 CHA properties. To

Senior Housing
The CHA has approximately 9,480 senior units in 58 buildings located throughout
Chicago as well as another 2,800 scattered site units. Under the Plan, every
