Pre-Qualifications for Six (6) Categories of Information Technology Consulting

The Pre-Qualification of Information Technology Consultants will be for each of the six (6) categories until August 31, 2007 or until any awarded task to a selected vendor is completed. All of the pre-qualified pools will be re-opened to new qualified Respondents annually, or on any other periodic basis as authorized by law and regulation.  Respondents must submit their qualifications consideration for each category of IT consulting separately!  "Please note that Respondents who are currently pre-qualified to perform consulting services under the Pre-Qualified Consulting Agreement, dated September 1, 2005, will not be considered for pre-qualification in the categories of services for which they are currently pre-qualified. Respondents will only be considered for qualification in categories for which they are not currently pre-qualified." 

Before downloading the RFQ, vendors are required to submit their contact information (name, address, point of contact, phone and fax numbers) to the CHA buyer, Tom Serafini at tserafin@thecha.org. Vendors failing to submit their contact information may be at risk of not receiving future notifications regarding this procurement opportunity.
