Multi-Purpose Room 

Clients can select preferred vendors such as catering, we also have a recommended vendor list for those needing referrals.  Our goal is to ensure that our clients have a pleasant experience and our staff work very closely with them from start to finish each step of the way.

Cost of Multi-Purpose Room Rental: The current rate is $1500.00 (6 hours). A non-refundable deposit of $400.00 is required to secure the date.  Please note that events held on a Holiday, must be approved by FIC management and the client must contact the FIC for pricing.

Includes: set-up time and 1 additional hour for clean-up, tables, and chairs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Event security is required for all events and must be retained by the client at an additional fee. Clients must contact the vendor identified on the referral listing under security.
  • Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (Alcohol Insurance/Liability) to serve alcohol must be served by Service Is Us.
  • Balances must be paid in full 30 days before the event date.
  • Payment must be made by either Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card, check, or money order. Payments made in cash or with American Express will not be accepted.

Conference Rooms A & B

  • Conference Rooms A & B are $100.00 each for 6 hours; additional hours are $25.00 each.
  • Seats up to 20 guests around the tables (the rooms separately can seat 10 guests each).
  • Rooms can be used separately or combined.
  • Conference calling is available anytime.
  • DVD Blu-Ray capabilities.
  • Cable TV connection.

Please note: Only meetings and trainings are permitted in the space. Events must end by 7:00 pm during the weekdays/weekends unless management approval is received prior. Meeting time cannot be divided out or used at a later date.

Skylight Conference Room 

The Skylight Conference Room is a comfy private meeting space for more intimate gatherings with a great view.

  • It is a great space to hold meetings.
  • $100.00 for up to 6 hours; additional hours are $25.00 each.
  • Accommodates up to 10 guests.

Please note: Meetings must end by 7:00 pm on weekdays/weekends.
