Juliana Gonzalez-Crussi is the Executive Director of Center for Changing Lives, a financial opportunity center providing bilingual employment, economic, and resource development coaching in Chicago.

An accomplished public service leader, Ms. Gonzalez-Crussi has a profound understanding of non-profits and the affordable housing industry. She sits on the Governor-appointed Illinois Housing Development Authority Trust Fund Advisory Board, as well as the Mayoral-appointed Advisory Council on Equity and Language Access Advisory Committee. She serves as Director of the Housing Counseling & Advocacy Department at the Latin United Community Housing Association (LUCHA) and was previously Director of Housing Counseling & Advocacy and Senior Policy Analyst for the Latino Policy Forum.

She is a board member of the Chicago Low-Income Housing Trust Fund and the Chicago Area Fair Housing Alliance and served as Senior Housing Research Analyst at the DePaul University Real Estate Center’s Institute for Housing Studies. She has also been Director of Housing for the Illinois Migrant Council. 

Ms. Gonzalez-Crussi has significant international experience, teaching English as a second language in Mexico, France and China. She serves as a board member for the Illinois Migrant Council, the Farmworker Landscaper Advocacy Project and the Illinois Association of Agency and Community Organizations for Migrant Advocacy. She received her B.A. in International Studies and a M.S. in International Public Service from DePaul University.
