Mattie Butler Apartments II (formerly known as Eddie Mae and Alex Johnson Apartments) is part of the Multiple Properties group waitlist: Homeless Requirement - Woodlawn. CHA provides rental assistance to 41 supportive housing units that assist homeless individuals and families. * Applicants can be selected for either property. Applicants that do not complete the application process for any proeprty without documented good cause may result in removal from the PBV waitlist. Applicants can reapply and will be assigned a new PBV application date. * Preference is given to Applicants that agree to share information with other homeless agencies and must be current with the Chicago Coordinated Entry System. Homeless preference is reviewed monthly. * Tenants are responsible for all electricity, including cooking. * Supportive services are available * Note: Building requirements are established by the individual property and not by the CHA.
