National Public Housing Museum Residence is part of the Multiple Properties group waitlist: Families & Individuals - Near Southwest. The group waitlist includes 4 properties and CHA provides rental assistance to 60 units through the Project Based Voucher (PBV) program. Applicants can be selected for any property in the waitlist group and must complete the application process. Applicants that do not complete the process with documented good cause may be removed from the PBV waitlist. Applicants can reapply and will be given a new PBV waitlist application date. * The National Public Housing Museum Residences is a 15-unit, walk-up development located in Chicago's Near West Side community. CHA provides rental assistance to 5 PBV units. * Tenants are responsible for all electricity including cooking, heating and water heating. * Note: Building requirements are established by the individual property and not by the CHA.
