Returning Citizens - Harvest Commons is a demonstration program for graduates of St. Leonard's and Grace House. ** Preference is given to Applicants who are current with the Chicago Coordinated Entry System and agree to share information with other homeless agencies. Homeless preference is reviewed monthly. * Single-Person household with adjusted income below $47,100 (2024 HUD income adjusted annually) are eligible. * All utilities are provided. * Smoke-free building. * On-site supportive services for are available.
