The application period for the 2024-2025 CHA/Springboard to Success (S2S) Scholarship is now open. This year, 125 scholarships of $2,000 apiece are being offered. Any current CHA resident planning to enroll in an accredited post-secondary institution in the Fall of 2024 is eligible to apply. 

Thank you for your interest in CHA’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, a publicly funded program created by Congress as part of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 that provides rental assistance in the private market to eligible low-income families, the elderly and people with disabilities. 

The guidelines emphasize respectful and relevant contributions, allowing residents and interested parties to engage with CHA on issues within the Board’s purview while maintaining orderly and productive meetings.
