Board Meetings are intended to oversee the management and operations of the housing authority, ensuring that it fulfills its mission to provide safe, affordable housing. During these meetings, the Board reviews and approves policies, budgets, and strategic initiatives, discusses property management and development projects, and addresses tenant services and concerns. The Board's decisions during these meetings help shape the direction and effectiveness of the housing authority.

Property Owner Support

CHA primarily conducts business with HCV applicants, participants and property owners/managers via online portals, email and phone. While in-person appointments and paper forms are available by request, CHA encourages everyone to try the remote and paperless system first. Digital requests are more easily tracked, which limits repeat requests and therefore processing delays.
