CHA Health Partnerships

Launched in 2016, the CHA Health Partnership application is now available online.  Any health-related organization requesting to meet with residents in a common area of a CHA building must first complete a partnership application for CHA review/approval. Approved Health Partners provide free health and wellness information and resources to CHA residents.  This is a voluntary partnership agreement with no funds provided by CHA.
