Angela Hurlock serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Chicago Housing Authority. She has more than 20 years of experience in providing affordable, safe and environmentally efficient housing to low-income residents of Chicago.  She was appointed by Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot in September 2019.

CHA Board Approves More Than $20 Million in Funding for Humboldt Village in West Town

July 16, 2024

The Chicago Housing Authority Board of Commissioners today approved an increase from 27 to 61 total Project Based Vouchers (PBVs) for the Humboldt Village housing development. Humboldt Village is an adaptive reuse of a former Chicago Public School Building (DeDuprey/Von Humboldt) located at 1417 N. Talman in the West Town community area.

Can I make an Owner Portal account?
Yes, if you own a property and have a vendor number, you can make an account.

How do I create an account?
Go to chahcvportal.org and click the "Sign Up" button.

What do I need to make an account ?
You need your vendor number and the email address you gave CHA.
