First Permanent Supportive Housing for Families Living with HIV or AIDS on the South Side Opens

CHA joined partners from Chicago House, the City of Chicago, State of Illinois and the Pritzker Family Foundation this month to celebrate the ribbon-cutting at Englewood Family Homes, the first permanent supportive housing development for families living with HIV or AIDS on the South Side.

Development Update: Roosevelt Square 3B

Last January, CHA joined Related Midwest and other partners for the groundbreaking of Roosevelt Square Phase 3B, a $172 million project that included the rehabilitation of 184 existing affordable apartments as well as the construction of 222 new apartments.
